Be The Difference!

Be The Difference is the theme this year at Stampin’ Up! and I want to make a difference this year! Stampin’ Up! is a global sponsor of Ronald McDonald Donation 7.2013the Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC)! They have a stamp set each year where they donate $3.00 for each set sold to Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC). This year it is called Tag It and it is fabulous! There will be a class on using the Tag It Stamp Set coming soon! Be sure to keep an eye on my Calendar of Events!

Another way to make a difference at the Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC) is Soda Tabs!!!! I have this adorable little cardboard House that my husband and I put all of our soda tabs! My husband is so good, he even has his co-workers drop their tabs into his lunch bag every day! Every few months the house is full and I mail them off to the Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC)! I was told that a full house (a sandwich baggie full) allows a family of 4 stay at the house for free for about 3 days! How amazing is that? Each time I send the tabs, I throw in some hand-stamped cards for them to use too! These in the picture are just a few of the cards I sent, there were about 50 total!!! If you have extra cards that you would like to donate, feel free to bring them over when you attend an event or you can mail them to your local Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC)! I LOVE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!!!!

All Occasions Stamp Class

Wouldn’t you love to have a card handy for all those Occasions in your life – Birthdays, Weddings, Babies, Sympathy, Thank You, etc? This class is perfect for you then! On Thursday, August 1, I will be having an All Occasions Stamp Class where you will make 6 cards for all those upcoming events in your life! And if you need more of one type, you can always change the greeting to be something different than the sample. This Class is $20.00 and includes all the supplies. All you have to bring is yourself. Stamps In A Snap

This is perfect for those with busy schedules, those who love to stamp, those who would like to learn new techniques, and those who love Stampin’ Up! Product! This kit is $45.00 and includes shipping costs. The Kit includes about $30.00 in Stampin’ Up Product and the instructions, supplies, and tips for that month’s project (and the best part, it comes right to your door)!!! First Post!!!

Hello Everyone! I am so EXCITED (and a little nervous) about starting this blog. I feel like when you have a blog…it’s like REAL! I can’t wait to start sharing so much with you!!! Of course be sure to subscribe to this blog by signing up on the right hand side! That way you will get notified every time I post!

So here is a little bit about me.

I have been stamping for over 9 years now. I started out as a scrapbooker and then I was introduced to Stampin’ Up! and I was completely blown away by the fact that I wouldn’t need a million sheets of alphabet stickers anymore. Now I can purchase an alphabet stamp set and use all the fabulous colors. AMAZING! So I signed up because I just had to have it all. Here I am 9 years later and I am having the time of my life! I have a few classes each month, Stamps In a Snap Club (via the mail), workshops, private classes, and other events. I like to keep my calendar full because that means I get meet lots of new people and laugh A LOT! I hope to stamp with you too soon! In the meantime, enjoy this blog!
