About Laura

I was so excited I only went home that night with the catalog because I couldn’t make up my mind as to what to order first. I signed up to be a demonstrator less than a week later because I wanted it ALL! Now almost 20 years later, I’m having the time of my life! Stampin’ Up has given me sooooo many opportunities and I’m so thankful to have meet some many amazing people!

  1. Hi, Laura!
I was on Split Coast Stampers website, under Stampin’ Up Gallery and the Secret Garden stamp set where I saw a Stair Step Card you had posted to the website using this stamp set. I tried to find the technique on your website and was unable to do so. Do you have directions on how to fold and to make this card? It is so beautiful! I would be glad to purchase the directions if needed. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks.

    Linda

    • Thank you so much for checking out my blog and reaching out to me! I forgot that I had prepared the blog write up about that card but it won’t be posting until tomorrow – Tuesday for Technique Tuesday! Be sure to check back tomorrow! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Happy Stampin’ ~Laura

Enjoy making cards etc. I hv cricut explorer older version 6×12 and ecraft. I prefer electronic versions. Dont want to be hooked up to computer. Hv Anne Griffin kits, cards, scrapebooks. Hvnt used much Too too much floral. I hv Martha Stewart scoring and cutting board from HSN.

  3. Hi Laura!!
Out of all the birthday bundles, I chose….BALLOON ADVENTURES!! I just ordered a couple of hours ago! (I also got the Dragonfly Dreams bundle!)

    Nikki

    • Good choice!!! I have been playing with the Balloon Adventures A LOT! I will have lots of samples on my blog and Facebook page to share! Stay tuned. I don’t have the Dragonfly….yet. I have seen some amazing samples with it so I’m thinking I need to add it to my collection! ~Laura

  4. I really liked your Fast Friday Cards. Since this card wasn’t a traditional size and I’m not sure about getting an envelopes to fit the cards, I was wondering if I could make a smaller card? What size would you recommend that’s larger than an A2? Please send a reply by email if that’s possible. Thanks.

  7. Hi Laura,

I ran across a color chart you did years ago. Wondering if you’re going to do something similar again this year. I like to have a handy reference that’s small enough to take to crafting events so I can quickly decide what I want then go to Subtles, etc. to grab the card stock I need. I’m loving your cards made with the new Painted Lavender suite – so elegant! Although your Paper Pumpkin cards come in a very close second – bunnies are just too adorable!

    • Awesome! Thank you so much for following and commenting! I have done some color inspirations on my YouTube Channel that you can check out but they aren’t print outs (sorry)! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4kemjvbR-6Re29nIZCsQa6wW5DR0lk16
I love flowers and I’m loving the Painted Lavender Suite as well! Stay tuned as I have another Paper Pumpkin kit post coming soon as I did one this weekend with my daughter. Are you subscribed as well?!? If not, I would love to help you get signed up! ~Laura
