Wrapped in Cheer Paper Pumpkin Kit!

Posted on

The November 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit was called Wrapped in Cheer and it included gift boxes and tags! What is Paper Pumpkin you ask?! It is a monthly subscription kit with a craft project and everything needed to create it all in a fabulous box. These kits are typically cards but sometimes include treat boxes, home decor, etc.

My daughter who is 7 helped me with this kit as she does every month! We really enjoy this special time together! While, I am not sure what I’m going to do with the boxes since I don’t give a lot of gift cards, she wants them all for who knows what! If you need help creating the boxes, check out this video! I have heard that chocolate would fit in there nicely!

Gift Tags Paper Pumpkin November 2025, www.LaurasStampPad.com

As for the tags, I am loving them!!! They are so beautiful and will be perfect for the neighbor gifts that we will deliver next month! I love that each of the die cuts had a light and dark side of green so you could mix and match them! Also, I have a big TIP for the tags above!!! Place the ribbon down first because then you can put the Merry Christmas greeting over the top! I added the greeting first and then my ribbon covered the greeting so I had to slide in under the greeting. Luckily it went between two Stampin’ Dimensionals just perfectly!

The instructions for this card didn’t use the Merry Christmas greeting but there were plenty left over so I added it in! I just love the greenery and look of these tags! They are detailed but not over the top! So beautiful!

Have you created your Wrapped in Cheer November 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit yet?!? Let me know in the comments below! Also, stay tuned because Stampin’ Up! is having a fabulous Cyber Monday Sale that starts on December 1 and it includes a major discount on Paper Pumpkin Subscriptions! WOOT WOOT!

NEW Kit & Giggles Craft Together!

Posted on

I recently attended a virtual Stampin’ Up! event and had so much fun! I kind of forgot how fun it is to interact with others, share crafting ideas and stamping, and just hanging out! Laughs and inspiration were two of the main things I took away from that event! It made me think of how much I want to create that too! While I have classes here locally, I miss all of you who aren’t local! So I created this Kits and Giggles Craft Together!

Kits & Giggles Craft Together, www.LaurasStampPad.com

It’s simple! Just grab one of Stampin’ Up!’s all-inclusive kits or become a Paper Pumpkin subscriber and join me for a fun, relaxed crafting session on Zoom! This means you don’t have to leave your house and you can participate near or far! This is also a great chance to finally sit down and make those kits that have possibly been stacking up! (Shhhh I won’t tell your secret!)

We’ll each work on our own kits together, share creative tips, and enjoy a little crafty fellowship. You’ll have the joy of creating something beautiful — and connecting with others who love paper crafting too!

Here’s how it works:
1. Purchase any kit from the Stampin’ Up! Kits Collection through my online store or subscribe to Paper Pumpkin! If you are already a subscriber, you will get the invite!!!
2. Once you’ve ordered, I’ll send you the Zoom link and event details.
3. On class day, bring your kit, scissors, and your favorite beverage — then relax and craft along!

No prep, no stress — just pure creative fun. Perfect for beginners and seasoned stampers alike! Just a wonderful evening together!!!

Date: Friday, December 12th
Time: 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time
Where: Online via Zoom
Bonus: Invite a friend new to my events — you’ll both get a special surprise!

Let’s make creativity social again — join the fun and craft along! Can’t wait to hang out with you for this Kits & Giggles Craft Together!!

A Warm Hello!

Posted on

Winter is around the corner and while I am not happy about that, stamping winter stuff is still fun! I’m a summer girl all the way! This warm hello card is super cute and great for all winter long to send to a friend or family member! This card uses the Snowy Delights Bundle!

A Warm Hello Greeting Card, www.LaurasStampPad.com

Magic of an Embossing Folder!

Posted on

I have loved Embossing Folders since the moment I saw the magic of them! When I signed up as a demonstrator 20+ years ago, I always wanted to light table and brass dies. It was on my wish list for years! AND THEN……the Big Shot came out and I was swooning. This thing cuts, embosses, and is just pure magic! I had to get it!

Pressed Flower Embossing Folder, www.LaurasStampPad.com

Look at how amazing this card is with just a simple embossed layer and a greeting! So easy and quick to create and so many different looks you can achieve! There are so many fabulous embossing folders that are great for a background or just a bit of texture for your project!

Here I used Pool Party for the card base! Then I took a piece of Pool Party 2 Tone Cardstock measuring 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ and embossed it with the Pressed Flower Embossing Folder! Before adhering it to the card front, I ripped the top and bottom for some additional texture and color! Since the 2 Tone Cardstock has a white core, you get that layered look without additional cardstock! For the greeting, I stamped the message in Pool Party Ink from the Love & Courage Stamp Set and punched it out with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch! I added some ribbon behind the greeting and added it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals!

What is your favorite embossing folder?!?! Give this card style a try and then share yours on my Facebook Page!!! I would love to see it!

Memories from Our Fall Craft Retreat Weekend!

Posted on

It’s been a few weeks since Laura’s Fall Craft Retreat but I think I speak for everyone in saying we are still on a high from it! It was a coldy, misty day outside and that made it even better to be inside with friends!!!

Fall Craft Retreat, www.LaurasStampPad.com

We spent the day surrounded by creativity, laughter, and friendship — stamping, sharing ideas, and soaking in all the cozy fall vibes. From beautiful Make & Take projects to spontaneous giggles and “oohs and ahhs” over each other’s creations, it was truly a day to remember. The gifts were pretty fabulous too!!

One of my favorite moments was seeing everyone’s projects come together — so many unique styles, yet each one perfectly beautiful! Christmas Cards, scrapbook pages, bookmarks and more! It reminded me why I love what I do… bringing people together through the joy of crafting and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined in — whether it was your first retreat or your fifth, you made it special.

If you missed this one, don’t worry! My next Craft Retreat is already in the works — stay tuned for all of the details but it’s looking like April 25, 2026. You won’t want to miss another weekend of fun, fellowship, and handmade happiness.

Until then, keep creating and sharing what you love — because handmade truly means from the heart.

Cozy Christmas!!!

Posted on

The October Paper Pumpkin Kit was called Cozy Christmas and it is just what I needed to get started on my Christmas Cards!! There were 9 total cards all cozy and fuzzy!! Wondering what Paper Pumpkin is?!?! It is a monthly subscription kit with a craft project and everything needed to create it all in a fabulous box. These kits are typically cards but sometimes include treat boxes, home decor, etc.

Cozy Christmas Paper Pumpkin, www.LaurasStampPad.com

I think this tree was my favorite because it was easy and fun to create with the flocked branches! Lots of dimensionals which you know I love so very much! Have faith in your stamping because I have faith in you too! I was super nervous about stamping that greeting perfectly on the die cut image but it was easier than I thought! I nailed it! You can too! Also, there is an extra just in case you do make a boo boo! 🙂

October 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit, www.LaurasStampPad.com

This was my second favorite because it is just stunning! The flowers and greenery are the fuzzy flocked images! Adding JOY to the die cut was pretty easy as well with the Mini Glue Dots provided in the kit! It’s super fun that these kits come with everything you need! Claire and I did these at the kitchen table as soon as the box arrived! No extra supplies needed……except maybe a Bone Folder if you use! As always there are a few supplies that make these kits a bit easier or that come in handy but it’s not necessary! Check out my recommended supplies below!

Flocked Greeting Cards, www.LaurasStampPad.com

I love this card too but I put it in 3rd place mostly because I boo booed this card! At first, I added the Cherry Cobbler ornament outline to the card front. Luckily, I was able to pop it back off and add it to the flocked ornament base. It was my fault because I prefer to just look at the photos and not actually read the instructions. LOL

Did you enjoy this Cozy Christmas Paper Pumpkin Kit?!?! Be sure to sign up for the November Kit so you can enjoy tags and boxes!!! You also earn Stampin’ Rewards on your Paper Pumpkin Subscription too! Woot Woot! You can use those rewards on some of the “helpful tools” you can get to make creating your Paper Pumpkin even easier!
