Happy Friday everyone!!! I can’t believe we are over half way through the #40DayChallenge!!! I’m still going strong but I will say I didn’t do good on photos this week. I went to the mailbox more often and just tossed them in. Then yesterday the mailman stopped by the house with a package and I asked if he wanted my outgoing mail. I didn’t think he would want to wait for me to grab by phone for a photo first. haha 🙂

This week I sent a Sympathy, a few cards of encouragement, birthday card to a 90 year old, and thank you notes. A lot of the cards I have sent in this challenge have come from my friends on Facebook posting that it’s their father’s birthday or their friend needs a pick-me up or something similar. I always run to get an envelope and jot down the address to send a card. After all, that’s what I do! I love to make cards and so I feel like it’s easy for me to send one off and brighten the day of those around us! This challenge has been very fun and rewarding for me to feel like I am making a difference. My next challenge will be making a cards to restock my collection before little Ziggy arrives. I noticed my box has a lot of room in it! 🙂

I wanted to share a Ronald McDonald House update as well. Some of you might know that I collect cards and tabs to send to the local (St. Louis area) Ronald McDonald Houses for them to use with their guests. You can check out some I have sent in the past here and here! Also, I have gone and made a meal there a few times and here is my story about that! Here is my latest box of cards and tabs that were sent off this week! Thank you so much to those who donated. I greatly appreciate your kindness and I know they do too! If you are interested in donating cards or tabs, you can find a Ronald McDonald House close to you or you are welcome to send them to me for my next package!

Here I am at the Post Office sending off the goodies and getting more stamps for the challenge!!! I hope you all are enjoying the challenge and even if you aren’t doing it for 40 days, send one this weekend or next week. You won’t regret it! 🙂
