Happy Mother’s Day to Each and Every One of You! Yes, I mean you! I honestly think every women should celebrate Mother’s Day and I wish you the best day ever!
Happy Mother’s Day…
…to all of those who have given birth!
…to all of those who have step-children!
…those of you with fur babies!
…to all of those who are wishing and hoping for a baby!
…to all of those who have lost a baby!
…And most of all to those who act motherly to those around them!
Each and every one of you falls into one or more of these categories! This year Mother’s Day is going to be rather difficult for me because I fit into 3 categories – the last 3. The last couple of months have been rather an emotional roller coaster with finding out we were pregnant and then finding out we would lose our baby. The whole time I really struggled with the thought of Mother’s Day coming up. While I am a Mother to my baby in Heaven, not everyone knows that or understands that. I really wish I had my baby in my belly or in my arms but it’s just not the case with this one. So I am back in the wishing and hoping for a baby category! So while I have always believed we should all celebrate Mother’s day, I really do this year because you just never know what someone is going through!
I wish you all a wonderful day celebrating YOU! Thank you for being kind, caring, and motherly to those around you and those you encounter! It’s not easy being a Mother but it is very rewarding! May you have all the rewards today and every day!
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!

Happy Mother’s Day to you!!! You are beautiful!! ~Laura
That was a very nice way to say Happy Mother’s Day. Thank you for sharing such a personal lost. I understand your pain so much. Earlier this year January 7 I found out I was going to have my 2nd child. I was so excited but the sad part is that I only got to enjoy my little bundle of join for a 7 days. I lost my baby. I knew I was pregnant in December. It broke my heart and it has been very painful and sad these past few months. The worst thing is that most people don’t understand. One thing I’m sure of is the our little angel are up in heaven. May God bless you and give you lots of strength and may he also bless you soon with the child you want. Happy Mother’s Day.
Thank you so very much for your kind words and understanding. My thoughts and prayers to you as well. I totally know what you are going through and together shall all join together and celebrate our babies this Mother’s Day and every Mother’s Day! Just know that it is okay to have hard days, you got this! Have a wonderful weekend and HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!! ~Laura
Blessings to you Laura. I have 6 adult children, 24 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. But, I totally understand your emptiness. In 1965 I experienced the pregnancy loss and will never forget that pain and sorrow. Not a February goes by that I don’t feel the depth of that pain. Any woman who experiences it will be in union with you forever. I remember a few years ago during church services when the priest ask all mothers to stand for a blessing. In front of me sat a young woman crying. She obviously had experienced a deep loss but had no baby to show for it. So sad. I care about where you are coming from.
Thank you for your sweet words! I’m afraid that may just be me this weekend in church. Many blessings to you and all of your family! Happy Mother’s Day!!!! ~Laura
You continue to be in my heart and in my prayers. Thank you for sharing your loss in such a beautiful loving manner and I am looking forward to you having your heart’s desire fulfilled.

Dear Laura.sweet@hpmcgarry.ca– I am so sorry for your loss. You are a lovely human being and it shines through in your post. The ability to have children was lost to me when I was 21. I share my love with everyone and my two current fur babies.
Thank you so much! I hope you have an amazing weekend and Happy Mother’s Day to you!!! ~Laura
