Copper Shine…but it takes time!!!

Heat Embossing is something that I pull out here and there because it takes more time and effort but boy is the look STUNNING! This Copper Shine card with the Brightly Gleaming Suite is beautiful!!!

Copper Shine, www.LaurasStampPad.com

I started with a Night of Navy card base. Next, I took a piece of Very Vanilla (4″ x 5-1/4″) and stamped the right corner with the greeting in Night of Navy Ink. All of the images used are from the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set! One the left hand side I added a piece of the Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper as well as a little strip of Pretty Peacock cardstock just to add a little more POP!

For the ornaments, I stamped them in Versamark ink onto Night of Navy cardstock. Then I heat embossed them with Copper Embossing Powder. Using the coordinating punches, I punched out the ornaments! Then I added some Copper Ribbon to the top of the ornament securing it with a Stampin’ Dimensional and wrapping the other end over the Very Vanilla. Next, I added the Very Vanilla to the card front. To finish it off, I tied little bows in Night of Navy Ribbon and added them with Mini Glue Dots! I really love how it all turned out!

For the inside of the card, I added a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock (4″ x 5-1/4″) with some Brightly Gleaming Designer Paper on the bottom and stamped the greeting in Night of Navy!
