This is another fun card that shows off designer series paper on both sides! A great way to use up all of that pretty paper but also perfect for when you can’t decide which side to use! Another added bonus is that you can create 3 cards from 1 sheet of 12″ x 12″. Woot Woot!

I started with a piece of Fresh Freesia measuring 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Next, I took a piece of the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper (4″ x 12″) and cut 1-1/2″ off the bottom. This makes it 4″ x 10-1/2″ which I folded in half and added it to the Fresh Freesia card base. Now I have a card….a designer series paper card! Don’t toss that 1-1/2″ x 4″ piece in the scrap bin though. Simply flip it over and add it to the bottom of the card front for a fun mix in pattern!!! Then I added some Fresh Freesia Ribbon around the card front to smooth out the transition between the 2 papers!

For the focal point, I used the Scalloped Contour Dies for the rectangle. These are BY FAR my favorite label dies right now. I just love them so much! Next, I stamped the greeting from the Best Year Stamp Set on the bottom in Fresh Freesia Ink and added the label to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then using the Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set, I stamped all of the butterflies in Polished Pink Ink and die cut them with the coordinating dies. I finished off the front with a few Opal Rounds for some more pop of fabulousness!

I love getting 6 butterflies in one go!!! Again with the 6 butterflies, you could create 3 cards with just one stamp and crank through the die. Remember that you can also create 3 cards with 1 sheet of 12″ x 12″. Are you seeing how AMAZING this card concept is?!?!?

For the inside of the card, I added a piece of Basic White (3-3/4″ x 5″) and stamped the coordinating birthday greeting in Fresh Freesia Ink. Since I didn’t know which color of butterflies I wanted to use originally, I had a set of Pale Papaya butterflies as well so I popped one in there! I love it!!!

If you want to create 3 of these fabulous Butterfly Brilliance cards, check out the supplies listed below!!! Don’t forget it’s Sale-A-Bration time right now and you can get a free item for every $50 you spend! Woot Woot! Next up, a Fall version of this same card!

Happy Stampin’
