Each week my stamp room goes from clean and picked up to a hot mess…..sometimes in minutes and others a day! Then there are some weeks it never gets cleaned up and we just move into a new week and push forward. I find that cleaning up and starting fresh is always a good thing though. When it is messy, I spend more time looking for the bone folder….that is probably in my hand or right in front of me…than actually getting anything done.
I am an organizational freak so I do like things all put back and everything has a place. Cleaning up the scraps or the partial projects is probably my least favorite part. They are messy and I don’t know if I should put them away or leave them out to finish. The struggle is real. I have been using 3 ring binder sleeves for all of my projects. I bought a big box of these at Sam’s a long time ago for a project. They work perfect for holding a project, pieces for a class, etc. I don’t put them in a 3 ring binder though. They just lay in the 12″ x 12″ totes. I have a tote for each class, personal project, and more. Those things are amazing!!
